To be recognised in this way by industry experts and paraplanners is a huge privilege, and a real testimony to the high pass rates BTS regularly helps paraplanners achieve in the CII R0 exam papers.

Every paraplanner and administrator subscriber to the magazine or website is sent a dedicated form on which they can nominate the companies they consider delivered the best service to them in each of the award categories.
Results are monitored to ensure nominations are restricted to our paraplanner and administrator subscribers. The winners of the awards are those with the most nominations!
It has been a challenging year for both businesses and individuals, with the global pandemic throwing many a spanner in the machine.
Businesses have been called upon to adapt and develop strategies to be able continue doing what they love and BTS has been no exception to this. Being able to continue to support the determined, hard-working and inspiring candidates that we work with and being part of their journey to exam success is what drives us.
