Financial Adviser Mentorship

The Financial Adviser Mentorship Group (FAM) has been developed by Benjamin Beck, a second careerist financial adviser. Ben joined the profession following a career in the Army and decided to set up a free to access community for other new-entrants. FAM is a meeting place for aspiring financial advisers and experienced professionals who want to help them.

The group has gone from strength to strength and has developed links with exam bodies as well as professionals who have put on free webinars and workshops covering a range of advice and support topics. Resources include:

• Informal mentoring
• WhatsApp study groups with seasoned advisers at hand
• A growing community
• Networking opportunities to key players in the profession
